Choosing a garage, dealer or auto service

With cars, the cheapest quote and the final bill often differ. A trustworthy workshop explains the problem, quotes before working and shows you replaced parts.

What to check

Qualified technicians and any manufacturer approvals
A written estimate before work starts
Warranty on both parts and labour
Whether they use original or aftermarket parts

Questions to ask

Will you call me before doing anything not on the quote?
How long will the car be with you?
Can I see the old parts you replace?

One of the best mechanic for my "recondition brakes" needs! I think that Brake & Clutch Warehouse is quite the best mechanic shop for my vehicle's services. Thankful for their great handiwork.
