Choosing a printing company
Ask for a printed proof on the actual paper before a large run. Colours on screen and on paper are rarely the same.
What to check
- Samples of similar work on the paper you want
- A proof before the full print run
- Turnaround time and delivery cost
- File format and resolution they need
Questions to ask
- Can I see a physical proof first?
- What happens if the colours are wrong?
- Is design or file checking included?
